We will be delighted to receive our dear customer’s suggestion and comments on line messages and chats in terms of development and satisfaction.
French Flower will be pleased to hear if you satisfy with our flowers quality and the methods of arrangement, However, if you are not blissful with your flowers, then you may return them providing and inform us of you dissatisfaction in written explaining what was the failure and main reason for such return.
All returns are at the discretion of the manager if it will be in same time your receive our good and not satisfying you, for now, our acceptance to refund is subjected to the general conditions to each flower and the condition of packing taking into consideration unpacking will not be accepted to be returned,While this does not affect your legislative rights.
Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. Flowers should be returned with the original packaging. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. Refunds will not be made to a third party. As soon as we receive your returned goods, we will process your request. We will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.
It is very well known that return the payment to your account is subjected to your bank policy.
In purpose of acceptance to process your order and deliver your request, (Clear Address including postcode and telephone number) need to be provided with your order to be processed.
Your order will be processed if full payment details are completed.
An e-mail will be sent to you to acknowledge your order and you will be issued with an order number, which you must quote in any communication with Tremendous Flowers.
All deliveries are subject to availability and we reserve the right to change all or some of the contents and to provide an item of equal or greater value if you approve sample picture will be forwarded to your endthrough our customer services.
You can make payment by any methods indicated on the payment page your card will be debited on receipt of the order.
If the provider declines your card, we will attempt to contact you for an alternative method of payment if for whatever reason we are unable to obtain an alternative form of payment your order will be cancelled or otherwise cash on delivery.
You will be charged the current price for buying the items from our website on the date your order is placed. All orders are inclusive of VAT at 5%.
The delivery charge is payable per delivery address. We will attempt to deliver (wherever possible) on the day and time specified on your order.
Deliveries will be made in two working hours between 8am and 8pm although we will always try to deliver before the requested time if it is going to the readymade arrangements.
Occasionally we may not be able to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances if this is the case a full refund will be given.
Every effort will be made to deliver your flowers at your request in date and time but we cannot be held responsible if we cannot deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
